We gladly accept returns within 30 days of delivery for a refund. To be eligible, your jewelry must be unworn, in perfect condition, and returned in its original packaging. Please note that the original shipping cost is non-refundable, as it covers standard delivery expenses.
Because of the unique nature of certain items, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for personalized pieces or earrings for hygiene reasons.
A small 10% restocking fee applies to all cancelled or returned orders. This fee helps us cover merchant and processing costs associated with your transaction.
