  • Custom or personalized jewelry: +2–4 additional business days

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package’s journey in real time.

Delays

While we always strive for timely delivery, unexpected delays may occur due to customs inspections or postal issues. We appreciate your patience and understanding in such cases.

Duties & Taxes

For orders to the USA, UK, Ireland, Germany, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand, all applicable duties, taxes, and import fees are included in the price at checkout. You won’t be charged anything extra on delivery.

Order Changes & Cancellations

We understand that plans can change!
You may cancel or modify your order within 24 hours of placing it.

We can only update or cancel your order if it hasn’t yet been processed or packaged. As soon as possible, please email us at support@luverajewelry.com with your order number and the details of the changes you’d like to make.

Once an order has entered processing or has been shipped, we’re unable to make changes or issue a cancellation.

Lost or Damaged Packages

In the rare case your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery) at support@luverajewelry.com. We will open an investigation with the carrier and, if confirmed, arrange a replacement or refund.
