Can I use numbers or special characters?
Yes. You can engrave Latin letters, numbers, dates, coordinates and available symbols. Please contact us before ordering if you would like to include characters from another alphabet or a symbol you do not see listed, so we can confirm whether the design is possible.
How long does the necklace take to create?
Most orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days before shipping. Shipping time begins after your necklace has been completed and shipped, and you will receive tracking information by email.
